OFF-SEASON 2026 INTERNSHIP

292 Performance are selecting interns to join our 2026 Mallorca Summer Camp. This is a fully immersive, high‑performance learning opportunity designed for individuals serious about building a career in elite sport. Interns will work alongside 292 coaches and world‑class athletes in a live training environment.
The Camp runs from 8 June - 4 July. Interns will observe and assist in coaching sessions, support daily camp operations, and gain exposure to performance data, monitoring systems, and real‑world decision‑making. This is an unpaid, hands‑on internship suited to those pursuing strength and conditioning, sports science, physiotherapy, performance medicine, data, or operations roles in elite sport. One‑week placements. Two interns per week.

HEAD OF PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE

292 Performance are recruiting for a Head of Physical Performance to work within a professional football club. This senior leadership role is responsible for leading and delivering the club’s physical performance strategy across the performance pathway. The application deadline is 16 March.
The successful candidate will oversee the physical performance department, working closely with coaching and medical staff to optimise player development, availability, and match readiness. Proven experience within elite football and a multidisciplinary performance environment is essential. Full-time position. Competitive salary dependent on experience.

PHYSIOTHERAPIST – PRIVATE CLIENT (NEAR WINDSOR)

An exclusive opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist to join a small, collaborative team supporting a private client near Windsor. Six-month fixed term (January–July 2026) with potential extensions. Competitive salary (£50,000–£60,000 per annum), mentorship from a specialist physiotherapist, and occasional travel. HCPC registration and CSP membership required.
