The Elite Performance Service is designed for individuals operating in demanding environments — where training loads are high, schedules are congested, and the margin for error is small.

We work alongside your existing programme, integrating with your club and support staff to ensure alignment across training, recovery, and performance.

Strength and Conditioning and Pre-Training Programme

A bespoke programme built around your match, training schedule and your individual performance profile. Delivered via mobile app and coordinated with your support team.

Performance Profiling

Our physical profiling system combines AI-driven biomechanics with neuromuscular and mobility assessments. Your data is benchmarked against 500+ elite athletes, allowing us to identify performance comparisons and opportunities, and design an individualised programme.

Performance Science

We build bespoke algorithms using your training, match, and recovery data to track your physical status in real time, and provide clarity on how your body is responding to performance demands.

Performance Planning

You will receive regular ongoing support for your training and recovery data, and guidance on sleep and recovery. Monthly objectives are defined, measured objectively, and supported by a structured performance plan.

Coaching Sessions

You will receive in-person sessions built around your 292 Physical Profiling, combined with coaching of key exercises for your development. Sessions will be delivered at regional centres or in close proximity to your preferred location.

Assessment identified mechanical constraints in sprinting that were increasing strain at high velocity and limiting tolerance to repeated exposure.

Rehabilitation Without Regression

Following recurrent calf injuries, the priority was to restore tissue capacity without reducing sprint performance.

Profiling identified a 31% strength deficit, alongside a mismatch between force production and tissue capacity. The injured limb was absorbing increased load during acceleration, driving repeated breakdown.

Working in full collaboration with Manchester City, we aligned physical capacity with sprint demands: progressively restoring strength while maintaining and advancing sprint exposure, guided by continuous data monitoring.

The outcome was a return to high-speed sprinting without symptoms, reduced deficit, and improved robustness, all without compromising performance output.

This approach demonstrates that rehabilitation can be achieved without regression when root causes are addressed and exposure is maintained.

What if I’m not based in London?

We work with athletes globally.

While some of our services are delivered in person (our training centre in London, various locations across the UK, and selected locations in Europe), many of our athletes are supported remotely through a structured performance system.

This includes:

  • Individualised programming  
  • Data tracking and analysis (e.g. GPS, force plate, Whoop where applicable)  
  • Regular coach check-ins  
  • Ongoing communication with you and your support team  

We also travel for camps, key sessions, and high-priority interventions where needed.

What level of athlete do you work with?

We primarily work with:

  • Professional and elite athletes  
  • High-potential developing athletes (academy / scholarship level)  
  • Selected individuals outside of sport (e.g. performers, executives) where performance is critical  

All athletes go through a profiling and alignment process to ensure we are the right fit.

What sports do you support?

Our core work is in football, but we also support athletes in:

Our approach is principles-led, not sport-limited, meaning we adapt to the demands of your sport.

How does the app-based programme work?

Your programme is delivered through our coaching platform, Bridge Athletic, where you’ll receive:

  • Your weekly training plan (gym + on-pitch where applicable)  
  • Video demonstrations and guidance  
  • Progress tracking and updates  

However, the app is only one part of the system.

Behind it, you’ll have:

  • A lead performance coach managing your plan  
  • Regular adjustments based on your schedule, performance, and data  
  • Ongoing communication (WhatsApp, calls, check-ins)  

This is not a generic app programme—it’s fully coached and continuously adapted.

Do you work with my club or team?

Yes—this is a key part of our model.

Where appropriate, we:

  • Align with your club’s programme  
  • Communicate with coaches and medical staff  
  • Ensure your individual work complements (not conflicts with) team demands

Can I upgrade to the Elite service later?

Yes.

Many athletes start on a foundational package and move into a more intensive service as:

We review this with you regularly and can adjust accordingly.
