The 292 Performance Conference was a practitioner-led, discussion-based event focused on real-world decision-making in high-performance sport. Rather than traditional lectures, it focused on case studies, open debate, and multidisciplinary perspectives across strength & conditioning, rehabilitation, and load monitoring. It challenged attendees to justify choices, embrace uncertainty, and apply data as a guide (not an answer) to make better, context-driven performance decisions.
What I enjoyed most was the openness of the environment. It didn’t feel like a traditional conference, it felt like a collaborative space where ideas were built, challenged, and refined.
