Following the success of the 292 Performance Offseason in Ibiza, where 25 international players from the Premier League, WSL, Bundesliga, Championship, and Scottish Premier League attended, 292 Performance is excited to bring our bespoke, high-performance training programme to Miami.
In Ibiza, we did some interesting testing and ben and the team explained to me what it all meant and why I needed to work on the things I was doing.
Ibiza Offseason Camp Participant
The camp runs from 30 December to 12 January, and participants are welcome to attend for as many days as they wish. It offers a customised schedule for each player, ensuring that all sessions target their specific performance goals, including a full biomechanical analysis, position-specific conditioning, strength training, and recovery.
